The agroclimatic conditions that occur in each region of the Colombian coffee zone are what tell us which coffee production system we should use; if this production system should be in full solar exposure or if we should use a shady method.
The north area of the country such as Cesar, Guajira, Santander and Magdalena are characterized by adequate coffee production by leveling the temperature and humidity in the soil so that the most suitable planting site is better conditioned for optimal cultivation.
In this way we have a shady situation conditioned by the trees working approximately between 6,000 and 8,000 plants for each hectare of land with short renewal cycles that range from 6 to 7 years.
Our production system is based on a perfect balance between the shade system and the sowing system, after its collection and roasting process we obtain a high quality premium product for our consumers anywhere on the planet.
